The Station 23 Lofts are an award-winning adaptive reuse
project that created four new individual townhomes in a
historic 1906 fire station near Lake Calhoun in south Minneapolis.
The loft style homes offer wide open, light-filled spaces
that were custom designed for the individual buyers. All
of the two-story homes feature a distinguished private entry,
attached garage, 10' and 14' ceilings, brick walls, and
oversized insulated windows. Each home is as unique and
individual as its owner. The Station 23 Lofts are a piece
of Minneapolis history transformed by a total renovation
to create four contemporary homes.
