This brick fourplex and carriage house, completed in 1905, was completely renovated and combined with new construction. The new floorplan created a four-home condominium development in the East Isles neighborhood of south Minneapolis.
The project includes two side-by-side two-story townhomes in the brick structure, and two carriage homes to the rear. The open plans and modern amenities combined with the charm and features of early 1900s construction create a perfect blend of old and new.
